How often do we meet?
We host regular gaming sessions on the first Saturday and second Wednesday of every month.
When and where do you meet?
On the first Saturday of every month we meet in Bryncoch Community Center, 16:00 - 20:00.
- 163 Main Road, Bryncoch, Neath SA10 7TT.
On the third Wednesday of every month we meet in Resolven Building Blocks Centre, 17:00 - 21:00.
- Resolven Integrated Children's Centre (ICC), Resolven, Neath, SA11 4AB.
Is there parking?
There is parking at both of the venues we host gaming sessions at.
Are the venues accessible?
Both venues are accessible to wheelchairs. We pride ourselves on being inclusive, so if you have any concerns about accessibility please contact us at info@voncon.org and we will be happy to answer any questions.
Do I need to come with someone else?
No! We welcome individuals whether they are attending individually or as a small group.
Can I volunteer?
Absolutely! Take a look at the volunteer opportunities here.
Do I need to bring any games?
There's no need to bring any games with you, although you can if you want! We provide a library of games and there will be Demogods available to teach them to you.
If there is something in particular you are interested in playing we are open to expanding our library of games, just let one of the Demogods know or contact info@voncon.org.
What does it cost?
We suggest a £3 entry donation, however our sessions are free attend if that isn't possible.
We are a community organisation and so any donations are welcome and very much appreciated. We have donation boxes and accept card payments at both of our venues.

Is there an age restriction?
Saturday gaming sessions are suitable for ages 7+.
Wednesday gaming sessions are suitable for ages 14+.
Please note that attendees under 18 must be accompanied with a responsible adult and adhere to the same code of conduct expected from all attendees. Responsible adults are expected to remain close enough to accompanying children to supervise.
Will there be refreshments?
There is tea, coffee and squash available at both venues. You are welcome to bring small snacks (crisps, biscuits, etc.) with you in case you get peckish.
Do you host any other events?
Yes! We host regular outreach and fundraising events. Keep an eye out on our blog and social media for more information.
